Prior to this, at Grappus, Komal participated in strategic HR planning and led initiatives to improve employee engagement. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, along with a proficiency in Spanish, Komal has experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.
