Carl Padvaiskas

Carl Padvaiskas is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, since April 2014. In this role, Carl focuses on program and project management across various domains, including New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Engineering, and Product End of Life, while also streamlining NPD/NPI processes and overseeing Parts Lifecycle Management (PLM) Change Control Board activities. Prior to joining Grass Valley, Carl was a Senior Project Manager at Miranda Technologies Inc from 2005 to March 2014 and has a diverse background in engineering and management roles at CAE from 1985 to 2005, including Systems Engineer, Manager, Group Leader, and Software Engineer. Carl obtained a degree from Concordia University, completing studies from 1981 to 1985.
