Daragh Bass

Daragh Bass has a diverse work experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Daragh is currently working as the Regional Director of Sales for Northern Europe, South Africa, and Israel at Grass Valley. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at SVG Europe. Daragh also held multiple roles at NEP Group, Inc., including Director of Business Development for the UK and Ireland region, Head of Sales for NEP Media Solutions in the UK, and Technical & Commercial Manager. Daragh has also been a member of the ACA Advisory Group at Avid, an Innovation Producer and Producer & Editor at BT, a Technical Consultant & Bid Writer, a Replay Director as a freelancer, and a replay, editing, and engineering professional. Daragh started their career as an EVS/VT Engineer at NEP Ireland.

Daragh Bass obtained a BA in Film & TV Production from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology between 2006 and 2010. In 2015, they attended Screen Training Ireland for a course in Multi Camera Directing. Daragh also holds a certification in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 Level 2 from QA Ltd, obtained in 2016.
