Martyn Humphreys

Martyn Humphreys has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Martyn started their career at BBC in 2003 as a Production Coordinator, where they handled audio mixing, live concert engineering, and craft editing. From 2005 to 2012, Martyn worked at Bauer Media as a Broadcast Systems Engineer and later became Head of Broadcast Systems for London and Southern England, managing the delivery of broadcast technology and overseeing projects and budgets. Since 2012, they have been working at Grass Valley, starting as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant and progressing to roles such as Project Manager and Senior Manager of Professional Services. Martyn'smost recent position at Grass Valley is the Senior Director of Delivery & Support for Playout & MAM in EMEA.

Martyn Humphreys attended the University of Surrey from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BMus (Hons) degree in Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister). In 2010, they also received a Prince2 certification from APMG International.
