Richard Powell

Richard Powell has over two decades of experience in various roles within the technology and media industry. Richard has held senior leadership positions at Grass Valley, including Senior Director of Delivery & Support, where they coordinate strategic planning initiatives and ensures consistent service delivery. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Cloud Platform & Support Operations, managing the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Cloud Platforms Application (CPA) Teams. Richard also has extensive experience at Snell Advanced Media, where they served as the Head of Support overseeing divisions across the Asia-Pacific region. Richard began their career at Quantel, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Support Manager and System Support Engineer, providing technical expertise and support to clients.

Richard Powell attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Design & Technology.
