Seweryn Lach

Seweryn Lach has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Seweryn started their career as an Image Processing Engineer at AGH University of Science and Technology, where they focused on artificial intelligence in computer vision and object detection and recognition. Seweryn then joined Ericsson as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of a key product in the 3G mobile network. Seweryn later transitioned into the role of Product Owner at Ericsson, where they were responsible for cross-functional collaboration, creating and executing product roadmaps, and continuous improvement. Seweryn then worked at NetEnt as a Development Manager and Studio Manager, overseeing development projects and temporarily managing a studio. Seweryn then joined HCL Software as a Software Development Manager, before moving on to Grass Valley, where they have held various roles such as Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Site Lead, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.

Seweryn Lach obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from AGH University of Krakow between 2007 and 2012.
