Grant Skeens

Grant brings to Grasshopper 35 years of experience as a senior banking, financial services and lending executive. He previously was Executive Vice President and Head of SBA Lending for Lending Club/Radius Bank. Prior to joining Lending Club Bank, he spent 4 years as Chief Executive Officer of Security National Auto Acceptance Corporation, a private equity-owned automotive finance company. Grant was previously a top executive with USAA Federal Savings Bank, one of the 30 largest banks in the U.S., where he led their consumer lending business before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to USAA, Grant spent 8 years with Key Bank where he served in multiple leadership roles for Auto Finance, Consumer Lending, and Recreation Lending and Auto Finance. Grant also spent time at GE Capital leading operations & underwriting, commercial lending, credit services and product development. Grant is a graduate of University of Illinois-­‐Urbana with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and the University of Chicago with an MBA in Finance/Marketing.
