Ryan Connolly

Ryan Connolly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Grassroots Customs since September 2024, Ryan has also held the position of CEO at Grassroots California since April 2008. Prior to these roles, Ryan worked as a Broker at Marcus & Millichap from June 2007 to August 2008, focusing on commercial real estate loans and sales, and had a brief tenure in operations at Smith Barney in early 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as President of Summer Time Cleaning Co. from 2000 to 2003, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and business development. Ryan holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2007, and attended the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2003.
