Dominic Ali

Dominic Ali has a diverse range of work experience. Dominic started their career as a VISTA Coordinator at the Governor's Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Field Organizer for the Ohio Democratic Coordinated Campaign, where they recruited volunteers and trained them for various campaign activities. In 2012, they became a Regional Field Director at Organizing for America, managing field offices, staff, and volunteers.

In 2013, Dominic joined The Strategy Network as a Deputy Director, where they trained staff, managed office affairs, and wrote field reports. The same year, they also worked as an Outreach Coordinator at Covering New Hampshire - Locust Street Group, organizing events and implementing field tactics.

Dominic then held positions at Grassroots Campaigns, starting as a State Field Director in 2014, where they developed campaign plans and managed field outreach offices. Later that year, they became a Regional Field Director at The Strategy Network, scheduling interviews, training employees and volunteers, and developing sites.

In 2016, Dominic worked as a Field Director at Grassroots Campaigns, recruiting and training canvassers. Dominic'smost recent role, starting in 2018, is as a Youth Development Specialist at the Ohio Department of Youth Services, where they build relationships with youth, provides coaching and guidance, and engages them in various activities.

Dominic Ali attended Kent State University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and Sociology.
