Tom Hastings

Field Director: Election , Recruitment, & Fundraising Initiatives at Grassroots Campaigns

Tom Hastings has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Tom worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Gordon & Breach from 1999 to 2001 before joining Taylor & Francis as a Marketing Manager from 2001 to 2006. Tom then worked as a Marketing Manager at Oxford University Press from 2006 to 2009 and at Demos Medical Publishing from 2009 to 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they were self-employed as a Marketing Manager in the publishing industry. In 2020, they joined Grassroots Campaigns as a Field Director, overseeing election, recruitment, and fundraising initiatives. Before their career in marketing, they were a parent at Manhattan Country School from 2008 to 2015.

Tom Hastings attended The Halsted School from 1980 to 1981, where they received their HS Diploma. Afterwards, they enrolled at Queens College from 1981 to 1985, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
