Sarah Johnston

Sarah Johnston is currently a Licensed Therapist for Online Counseling at BetterHelp since August 2024, where Sarah provides therapy sessions through chat, phone, and video. In addition, Sarah serves as the 988 Chat and Text Supervisor at Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center since September 2023, overseeing the Crisis Chat Program to offer emotional support and crisis intervention. Previous roles include Shift Manager and Lead Bartender at BabyCat Brewery since October 2022, and Contact Center Team Lead at BHS from April 2019 to September 2023, where Sarah focused on strategic development and operational objectives. Sarah has a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stevenson University.
