Assel Ilyassova

Assel Ilyassova has extensive experience in tax and customs law, currently serving as the Head of the Tax and Customs Law Department at GRATA International since March 2006. Prior to this role, Assel Ilyassova worked as a Senior Tax Inspector at the Tax Committee of Almaty City from April 2004 to March 2006. Assel Ilyassova holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Law from the City, University of London (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from KAZGUU University, completed in 2003. Additionally, Assel Ilyassova studied jurisprudence at Kazakh State Law University during the same period.
