Elena Kurchuk

Elena Kurchuk is a seasoned legal professional specializing in competition law, currently serving as Counsel leading the Russian competition practice at GRATA International since February 2020. Prior to this role, Elena held positions as Of Counsel and Head of Competition and Regulatory Practice at ASB Consulting Group from January 2019 to January 2020, and as a Counsel at DLA Piper from January 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included heading the competition practice. Elena's foundational experience in competition law was established at Salans, where tenure lasted from December 1997 to December 2010, serving as Lawyer/Counsel and heading the competition practice. Elena's academic credentials include an MFA from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and additional studies at King's College London and Moscow State Linguistic University.
