Hızal Çelik

Hızal Çelik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Web Designer for PTI, Pharmaceutical Technologies International, Inc in 2013. Later in 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer for Carnegie Mellon University. In 2015, Hızal became a Professional Photographer for the Pittsburgh Flag Football League, and also took on a Software Engineering project for the league.

In 2016, Hızal joined Liquidnet as a Product Designer, where they worked on overhauling the global development Bootstrap styleguide and redesigning critical applications. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer for Grata, where they worked remotely for a few months and then took on the role of a Lead Designer and Senior Software Engineer. At Grata, they were responsible for full stack development, front-end development lead, and UI/UX design, among other responsibilities.

In 2019, Hızal worked as a UI/UX Designer and .NET GUI Developer for Biopticon Corporation, working on designing and developing the frontend using WPF .NET app environment. They are currently a Senior Software Engineer at Grata.

Hızal Çelik attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Electronic and Time-Based Media. Additionally, they also completed a minor in Software Engineering during their time at the university.
