Moises Cervantes Martinez

Moises Cervantes Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Arts Program Assistant at Jamestown Community Center before transitioning to a role as a Bookkeeper in 2019. In 2018, they took on a leadership position as the President and Founder of the Salesforce Student Group at CCSF.

In 2019, Moises joined Accenture as a Recruiting Associate, where they coordinated recruitment activities for three technology recruiting teams. Moises developed relationships with technology executives, trained them in interview techniques, and automated manual processes, significantly improving efficiency. Moises also organized career fairs to promote technology roles and trained new coordinators in various functions.

Moises'srole at Accenture expanded in 2020, as they became a Recruiting Analyst responsible for sourcing candidates from community colleges and leading apprentice sourcing efforts. Moises conducted numerous screenings, partnered with hiring managers, and served as a mentor to new recruiting coordinators.

In 2021, Moises took on the role of Recruiting Sr. Analyst and Puerto Rico Campus Recruiter at Accenture. Moises led strategic recruiting efforts across three Puerto Rican universities and coordinated various recruiting events, resulting in a pool of 300+ applicants. Moises reviewed applications, conducted interviews, and provided guidance to candidates through the final round.

In 2023, Moises worked as a Server at Fogo de Chão before transitioning to the position of Business Development Representative at Grata later in the same year.

Moises Cervantes Martinez began their education in 2017 at City College of San Francisco, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration. Moises successfully completed this program in 2019. In 2023, Moises enrolled at LaGuardia Community College to further their education in Business Administration. Moises obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree from this institution in the same year.
