Matt Ostanik is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in founding and managing businesses focused on innovation and social impact. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grateful Giving since 2019, Ostanik established a platform that enables socially good businesses to fund customer-selected nonprofits, enhancing customer loyalty and employee engagement. Previously, Ostanik founded CVG, a consulting firm aimed at supporting creative businesses, and FunnelWise, an analytics software company designed to optimize marketing and sales efforts. Ostanik also held leadership positions at Submittal Exchange, a construction collaboration platform, and earned an M.B.A. from Iowa State University, where Ostanik also completed a Bachelor of Architecture. Ostanik's commitment to community leadership was further enriched through participation in the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute.
