Kemal Guler

Kemal Guler is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience leading diverse teams in various capacities within the logistics industry. Currently serving as Logistics Director and Executive Board Member at Gratis, Kemal manages over 1500 professionals across key logistics functions, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations. Prior to this role, Kemal was Logistics Director at Penti, overseeing global B2B and B2C logistics operations and responsible for significant warehouse and distribution functions. Additional experience includes serving as Domestic Distribution Director at Ekol Lojistik, where responsibilities spanned multiple business units, and previous roles at Tadım and CEVA Logistics, which included logistics management and operational excellence. Kemal holds two MBA degrees, one from Sabanci University and the other from emlyon business school, along with an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Sabanci University.
