Nora Paxton

Nora Paxton is an experienced executive coach and CEO with a diverse background in leadership development and customer success. As the owner of Paxton Coaching LLC since January 2015, Nora specializes in guiding individuals through overcoming limiting beliefs to achieve personal and professional growth. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Paxton Publishing Group and a Leadership Coach for Gratitude Network, Nora actively mentors social impact entrepreneurs. Additional roles include Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Chair, fractional Head of Organizational Development & Learning Development at Trax Retail, and various positions focused on customer success across leading organizations. Nora holds a Master’s degree in Computing and Network from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and is certified as a John Maxwell Coach, among other certifications in leadership and organizational development.
