Emma Barton

Emma Barton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at Gratnells since September 2025. With a strong background in human resources, roles have included HR Manager at SDM FABRICATION LTD and Konsentus, and HR Manager positions at Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Cosworth.
