Amy Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy started their career as a self-employed Behavioral Therapist from August 2002 to October 2005. Amy then transitioned to the role of a Human Resources - Personnel Analyst at the Clark County School District from July 2004 to March 2009. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Covenant House from January 2010 to April 2011. Amy then joined Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, Inc. as an Employee Relations Manager from April 2011 to April 2013. Following that, they worked at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, where they held various positions such as Sr. Human Resources Generalist from April 2013 to December 2013, HR Manager from December 2013 to November 2015, and HR Director from December 2015 to January 2017. Most recently, Amy worked as the Director of Human Resources at Graton Resort & Casino from April 2017 to the present.
Amy Ellis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University during the period of 2007 to 2009.
