Jessica Hennessey

Jessica Hennessey, DNP, RN, CPNP, CMPE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Programs at Gravie since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at ConsumerMedical from 2017 to 2023, holding positions such as Senior Vice President of Clinical Business Development and Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. At ConsumerMedical, they led clinical integration and solutions for clients and prospects, developed strategic roadmaps for clinical operations, and ensured the implementation of protocols and procedures for clinical call center services.

In 2017, Jessica was the Managing Partner, APRN at MetTrimMD Acton, where they led operational and marketing strategies to expand the organization into new markets and improve patient care standards. From 2010 to 2020, they served as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at New England Center for Healthy Minds, implementing state-of-the-art technology initiatives and driving revenue and profitability. Additionally, Jessica worked briefly as a Consultant for PPOC at Boston Children's Hospital in 2017, focusing on practice management and business health programs.

Earlier in their career, Jessica held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Allergy West, where they led the organization's revenue generation and implemented cost-saving measures. Jessica also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Pediatrics West, overseeing multi-site clinical practice operations and managing a large patient population.

Jessica Hennessey, DNP, RN, CPNP, CMPE has a diverse educational background. In 1989, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Wheaton College Massachusetts. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Pediatrics from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, completing their degree from 1994 to 1997. In 2018, Jessica achieved their highest level of education, earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an Executive Track from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge, such as becoming board certified through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE) in 2017 and earning the Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) designation in 2014. More recently, they completed courses in Performance Management, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, and Alight: Leading to Transform.
