Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and technical support, primarily in the steel and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Gravita India Limited since November 2020, Kapil is responsible for strategic sourcing of raw materials. Previously, Kapil held the position of Area Sales Manager at JSW Steel from July 2013 to October 2020, managing sales and marketing for Alloy Steel products and improving customer engagement through market research and strategy execution. Earlier roles included Electrical and Instrumentation Manager at JSW Steel and Customer Service Engineer at SKF India, where Kapil gained significant expertise in project management, customer service, and technical support. Kapil holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from Jaipur National University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
