Scott Smythe

Scott Smythe is a skilled professional with extensive experience in implementation and project management roles. Currently, Scott serves as Solutions Lead at Gravitate, having previously held positions as an Implementation Consultant and Associate Implementation Consultant within the same company. Prior to Gravitate, Scott worked as an Associate CTRM Consultant at capSpire. While at Rice Ventures, Scott co-led initiatives to mentor undergraduate teams and foster entrepreneurial growth. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Of Staff at Petal Jewelry Inc., where oversight of business development and customer research teams was managed, and a role as Product Planning Manager at Peterbilt Motors Company, focusing on competitive research in the electric vehicle sector. Scott also contributed as a Project Manager for NASA, leading a project to develop a robotic arm harness. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
