Ornella Fondop Siwe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries including technology, sales, and media. Ornella began their career as an online content editor for Digiteka in 2009, and then worked as a project manager assistant for StudentenWerk. Ornella later became an online product manager assistant for M6 Metropole Television before moving on to work as a trade marketing manager assistant at Dailymotion in 2012. In 2013, Ornella became a project manager assistant for TF1 before joining Houzz as an account coordinator in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a sales executive EMEA at Azeus Convene before joining Cybereason as an enterprise business development manager EMEA and later as a partner success manager EMEA & APAC from 2018 to 2021. Ornella's recent work has been as a customer success manager EMEA at Tanium from 2021 to 2023 before joining Gravitee as a customer success manager EMEA in 2023.

Ornella FONDOP SIWE completed their high school education at High School Descartes where they studied marketing in 2007. Ornella then went on to study commercialization's techniques at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 2007-2009. At the same time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in E-Business Marketing at Université d'Évry from 2008-2009. Ornella then completed a Bachelor's degree in Management and New Technologies at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2011-2012. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Management and New Technologies from the same university from 2012-2014, focusing on Information Technology Project Management.

In addition to their degrees, Ornella FONDOP SIWE has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn. Ornella has taken courses on Entrepreneurship, Strategic Thinking, Leadership Mindsets, Executive Leadership, and Storytelling. Ornella has also taken courses on Professional Goal Setting, Finding and Testing Business Ideas, and Launching a Creator Business. Ornella obtained these certifications between 2021-2022.
