Snigdha Jha

Snigdha Jha currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO and People Strategy & Management Lead at Graviton Research Capital LLP since October 2022. Prior experience includes a progression at Meesho from Assistant Manager to Manager, Talent Acquisition (Campus) between September 2021 and September 2022. Snigdha also worked at McKinsey & Company from October 2014 to September 2021, where roles included Recruiting Administrator and Senior Recruiter, focusing on campus and experienced hire recruitment. Snigdha holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Alliance Manchester Business School (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Jesus and Mary College (2011-2014).
