Danielle Arnold

Danielle Arnold is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gravity Sketch since August 2023. In this role, Danielle manages a portfolio of three key strategic accounts with a combined ARR of over $3 million, collaborating closely with C-level executives to align account goals and drive adoption. Previously, Danielle held the position of Customer Experience Team Lead at Carv, overseeing a team of Customer Success Agents and enhancing customer experiences through effective governance and KPI monitoring. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding DMoonCeramics, where Danielle gained valuable insights into business development, alongside tutoring ceramics at The Ceramic Studio. Academically, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Archeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree in Principles of Conservation from UCL.
