Samuel Bassah

Samuel Bassah is a Senior Support Engineer at Gravity Wiz since April 2020, where responsibilities include updating documentation, mentoring new support engineers, conducting knowledge shares, triaging the support queue, and assisting customers with custom code snippets. Previously, Samuel served as a Support Engineer, providing solutions to customer-reported issues and writing custom code snippets. As a freelancer since January 2016, Samuel developed mrshopghana.com, an online e-commerce platform for international shoppers sending products to Ghana. Prior experience includes being a Product Owner at Ozytender, a tender publishing platform in Ghana, and a Technical Support Specialist at All City Strike Force Security, where procedures for technical support were developed. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT, and completed high school at Accra Academy.
