Abrielle Mason

Abrielle is a recent graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences with minors in Graphic Design and Entrepreneurship. She uses the latest tools in User Experience to explore and learn about people in an effort to understand their needs, wants, and behaviors and help build experiences that are enjoyable and reflect the users perspectives. Her favorite part of her job is deep listening and asking good questions - understanding the who, what, where, when, why and how of people’s needs in a product or service. Abrielle’s attention to finding pain points and figuring out creative solutions to solving them has led to amazing results.
