Michał Szkudlarek is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Partner and Country Lead - Director at gravity9, Michał oversees local strategy and operational direction in Poland while also architecting complex projects involving technologies such as MongoDB, Java, and Azure. Prior to this, Michał held the role of Vice President at J.P. Morgan, leading a distributed team in the implementation of cutting-edge platforms for Corporate & Investment Banking. Michal's previous experience includes senior positions at Avanade, RBC, Credit Suisse, and various technology firms, demonstrating a strong foundation in system architecture, project management, and client engagement, supported by a Master’s degree in Internet Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
