Russell BOA has extensive work experience in various roles and companies, showcasing their expertise in sales, account management, business development, and leadership.

Starting in 1997, Russell worked at Hewlett Packard as a Sales Manager EMEA, where they strategically positioned Marketing Communication Automation solutions and managed the EMEA sales team. Russell also identified, qualified, and delivered consulting services and integration projects.

From 2005 to 2006, Russell served as the Managing Director at Computershare Document Services, taking charge of the EMEA business plan, leading a workforce transformation program, and increasing operational efficiency.

At Xerox, Russell held multiple positions, including Global Account Director and Alliance Director. Russell demonstrated deep understanding of the Telecommunications and Retail sectors, excelled in customer service, contact center, marketing, and document outsourcing, and possessed thought leadership in managed services and outsourcing.

From 2012 to 2023, Russell worked at Memjet Technology as the Senior Vice President of Sales for North America and EMEA markets. In this role, they were responsible for sales in the light industrial digital labels, packaging, and D2G textile printing sectors.

Currently, Russell serves as the Group Global Key Accounts Director at Gravotech, a global leader in marking, engraving, and cutting solutions. With their expertise, they oversee global key accounts and contributes to the company's success in the personalization, signage, professional engravers, and industrial traceability markets.

Russell BOA has a background in business and managerial economics from IMD. Additionally, they pursued advanced paper and graphic technology at Finnpap Institute, where they obtained a degree. Furthermore, they completed an executive MBA program in business administration and management from IMD.
