Mike Wade

Mike Wade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and IT security. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Gravwell, Mike leads the Mission Support team to empower customers in navigating log complexities. Previous roles include Customer Solution Architect at Airtable and Manager of Detection and Response at Conga. Mike has also held the position of Senior Manager of IT Security at Arapahoe Community College, where responsibilities included instructing on network security. Additionally, Mike contributed as a Cyber Risk Defense Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.
