Laila Whitfield has been in the professional workforce since 2015. Laila started as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Holler-Classic Automotive Group, where they were responsible for engaging customers while building relationships and promoting brand loyalty, as well as discovering and delivering customer needs via active listening, understanding, and expert product knowledge. In 2018, they pursued a passion project by establishing a small photography business, Laila Whitfield Photography, where they managed customer experience from inquiry through product delivery and maintained and learned technical equipment and softwares. In 2019, they became an Account Manager at Gravy, and in 2020 they were a Client Success Manager at Accent Technologies. Currently, they are a Delivery Manager and Customer Success Manager at Gravy.

Laila Whitfield attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2009-2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Laila then attended the University of Southern California from 2014-2016, where they earned a Master of Science in Social Work.

Laila Whitfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013. Laila then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which they completed in 2016.
