Juanel is responsible for training Gray’s PES+ subscription clients to navigate the systems and use software to full advantage for their institutions. Prior to working at Gray, Juanel worked as a Business Development Executive at Repsley, a software company that equips retail executives with real-time data and tools for strategizing brand impact.

Prior to working at Gray, Juanel worked as a Business Development Executive at Repsley, a software company that equips retail executives with real-time data and tools for strategizing brand impact. He also worked as a Help Desk Software Consultant at Bentley University where he diagnosed and resolved over 30 daily onsite and remote faculty, staff, and student inquiries, and facilitated one-on-one consulting for operational support.

Juanel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University.
