Project Manager at Gray Associates

Monica performs custom research for Gray’s clients and writes content for blogs, proposals, reports, and webinar presentations. She is designer and manager of Gray’s course with Bay Path University, Academic Program Evaluation and Management.

Monica Bilson joined the team at Gray Associates in Fall 2020 after a 14-year career in higher education. She began her career as Assistant Professor and eventually Chair of Writing and Literature at Chester College, and in 2012, was hired to create new undergraduate and graduate programs in creative writing at New Hampshire Institute of Art.

During her seven-year tenure as faculty and chair at NHIA, Monica taught writing, literature, and philosophy courses and served as faculty representative on the Board of Trustees and President of the school’s inaugural Faculty Senate.

Monica pivoted to data analytics because she believes higher education can fulfill its mission and serve its students more effectively with a data-informed approach. At Gray, Monica performs custom research for Gray’s clients and writes content for blogs, proposals, reports, and webinar presentations. She is designer and manager of Gray’s course with Bay Path University, Academic Program Evaluation and Management.

Monica earned her PhD in Philosophy, Literature, and Criticism from Binghamton University. She is also a retired professional ballet dancer.
