Lara Hitti

Lara Hitti is an experienced professional in CRM and loyalty management, currently serving as the Head of CRM and Loyalty at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon since January 2023. Previously, Lara held the position of CRM Manager at ABC sal from April 2013 to June 2021, where responsibilities included loyalty management. Other notable roles include CRM and Market Research Supervisor at ArabNet, Research and Corporate Development Manager at Peppers & Rogers Group in Beirut, Consultant at Deloitte in Paris focused on strategy and operations, and Management Consulting Trainee at Accenture. Lara started their career as an Audit Trainee at Deloitte.
