The Operations and Logistics team at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to stores, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing warehouse operations. This team oversees inventory management, logistics planning, and transportation while coordinating e-commerce operations to enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of GMRL's multiple retail formats, including Spinneys, Happy Discount Store, and Grab’nGo. Through efficient operations, they ensure that products are available and accessible to customers across all branches.
