Mike “Mico” Coffman

Mike Coffman, also known as Mico Coffman, has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Mike “Mico” is currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Gray Matter Analytics since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Truveris as a Senior UX/UI Designer from 2021 to 2022. At Truveris, they were responsible for re-envisioning the design of pharmacy benefits management data analytic reports and dashboards, as well as overseeing the design of consumer-facing drug lookup and pricing tools. Previously, they worked at Truven Health Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters, Solucient) as a Manager of User Experience from 2005 to 2013. In this role, they focused on business intelligence and healthcare consumer products, holding various positions such as Art Director, Information Architect, Visual Designer, and Technical Writer.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant (Technical Writer/Information Architect) at Fair Isaac (formerly Braun Consulting) from 1999 to 2005. Mike “Mico” started their career at G.E. (formerly The Signature Group) as a Technical Writer and Intranet Developer from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at TransUnion in 1996, and as a Technical Writer at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1995 to 1996.
