Katie Dillon

Katie brings 18 years of experience to Gray Reed in Dallas. She has handled a variety of matters including real estate transactions, corporate transactions, commercial litigation, employment litigation, tax, probate, and estate planning. She has prior experience with criminal matters as well. Katie's work includes investigating facts and preparing corporate, real estate and probate documents; drafting organizational minutes and pleadings; in addition to assisting with all stages of pretrial and trial preparation.
