Tyler J. McGuire

Tyler McGuire focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation before state and federal courts across Texas. He handles contractual disputes, energy-related litigation, commercial real estate disputes, and catastrophic personal injury matters. His clients range from mid-sized businesses to publicly traded companies. A growing portion of his practice focuses on enforcing indemnity and insurance rights for clients in the construction and energy industry under master service agreements.

He recognizes the importance of approaching business challenges efficiently and pragmatically. When appropriate, Tyler looks for creative solutions to obtain favorable settlements for his clients. But when a dispute must be resolved in the courtroom, he has guided clients through numerous successful trial verdicts and summary judgment hearings.

Tyler received a B.S. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
