Giorgio Belfiore is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at GrayBloom Capital Partners since September 2020 and as Founder of NoLuxury Hospitality Group, established in July 2020. NoLuxury Hospitality Group focuses on innovating the food industry by investing in sustainable food startups. Additionally, Giorgio is Co-Founder of dolce Zola, an award-winning restaurant in West Chester specializing in Northern Italian cuisine and artisan pasta. Giorgio's career includes earlier roles at i-Pasta and as a Data Analyst at DeAgostini. Giorgio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Temple University, completed in December 2020.
