Kaitlyn Sweet

Kaitlyn Sweet is a seasoned professional with a strong background in property management and customer service. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager and Construction Manager at GRAYCE since February 2021, Kaitlyn previously held positions as an Assistant Property Manager at both Grayce Property Consultants and RJL REAL ESTATE CONSULTANTS, LLC. Responsibilities include managing healthcare tenant communications, coordinating repairs, and generating various reports to support medical personnel. Prior experience includes serving as a waitress at The Kahala Hotel & Resort and working as a Sales Associate for Cotton On Group. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from California State University Channel Islands and has additional coursework in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama.
