Kate Tomson

Kate Tomson is a Future Talent Development Manager at GRAYCE since April 2021. Prior to this, Kate was a Parent during the Coronavirus pandemic and a Leadership, Learning & Talent Partner at BT from July 2019 to June 2020. Kate served as the Group Talent Manager at TalkTalk from April 2014 to June 2019, and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Ipsos MORI from January 2012 to April 2014. Kate also held various HR roles at Synovate and Clariant before their current position. Kate holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds and a BA in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham.
