Peter Busby

Peter Busby is the Founder and Director of GRAYCE, which recruits top graduates for careers in Business Change and Transformation. Additionally, Peter serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Trusted Executive Foundation and Chairman at hap Solutions Group. Between 2010 and 2015, Peter acted as an Executive Adviser for Integrc, a leading SAP GRC business. Previously, Peter co-founded and managed Xayce, a consulting firm focused on business change solutions for major blue-chip companies. Peter began a career in management consulting at Andersen Consulting and worked as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand. Peter holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from The University of Sheffield.
