The Investment Team at Graycliff Partners LP is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the lower middle market. They focus on control buyout transactions in niche manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution through dedicated equity funds, as well as providing flexible credit solutions through unitranche and subordinated debt. The team partners closely with family and entrepreneur-owned businesses to support leveraged buyouts, generational transfers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
