Dean DeCencio started their work experience in 1989 at Pitney Bowes, where they held various sales and sales management positions until 2015. Dean then joined IBM as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for software solutions for Bank of America. In 2018, they moved to GrayHair Software as the Head of Strategic Accounts and Business Development, overseeing the development of strategic partnerships with enterprise clients.
Dean DeCencio graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business & Computer Science. Before attending university, Dean DeCencio also attended Haddonfield Memorial High School. Dean has additional certifications in Holden Power Base Selling and Holden Sales Coaching from Holden International, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
