Senior Account Manager at Grayling

Bella Martin-Williams has a diverse work experience history. Bella started their career in 2013 as a self-employed musician, where they pursued a career as a vocalist and pianist, performing at various events and maintaining an online presence through social media content until 2020.

In 2014, Bella worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Bristol until 2016, where they also served as a Summer School Mentor in 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Bella worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners, where they were given additional responsibilities as a CSA and Welcome Desk partner, and also led a team in the operations of parcel operations in the branch.

In 2020, Bella had a brief work experience at Grayling, and also had a research project role as part of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council's Communications Team. Their research on communication efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic was used to support other local councils in England.

Returning to Grayling in 2020, Bella worked as an Account Executive, then promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2021, and currently serves as an Account Manager since 2022.

Bella Martin-Williams completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from the University of Bristol from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended King Henry VIII School from 2006 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Bella has obtained certifications in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in July 2020, as well as certifications in Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing from HubSpot in October 2020 and September 2020, respectively.
