Catalina Serban

Catalina Serban possesses extensive experience in public affairs and project management, currently serving as a Public Affairs Consultant at Grayling since July 2018. Prior roles include Project Manager at the Foundation for Civil Society Development from August 2014 to July 2017 and at UNDP from September 2011 to April 2014. Catalina also worked at UNODC as an Expert on communication and program management from September 2007 to September 2011, and served as Program and Development Director at the EURASIAN HARM REDUCTION NETWORK from September 2006 to August 2007. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in the management of European and International Funds from Bucharest University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Bucharest.
