Polina Nepryakhina's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at GREATIVE BIZNES YECHIMLAR starting in May 2023. Before that, they were a Partner at GREATIVE starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Grayling, including Head of Strategic Communications starting in April 2011 and Head of Lifestyle & Consumer PR from an unspecified date until 2014.

Polina Nepryakhina completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations in Business from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO between 2002 and 2007. From 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Specialist degree in European Union Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University. In 2019 and 2020, they attended Moscow Advanced Communications School, focusing on Reputation Management. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, they studied Creative Storytelling at the Cultural Programmes Institute in Saint Petersburg.
