Matthias Oesterheld

Dr. Matthias Oesterheld has been working in the software engineering industry since 2003. Dr. Matthias began their career as a Doktorand at Helmholtz Zentrum M\u00fcnchen in 2003. In 2007, they joined ODAV AG and held the roles of Stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter Softwareentwicklung, Entwicklungsteamleiter, and Software-Entwickler. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Graylog, Inc. since 2022.

Dr. Matthias Oesterheld obtained their Doktor (Ph.D.) in Naturwissenschaften from the Technical University of Munich in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Diplom in Biologie, allgemein from the same university between 1997 and 2003.
