Rani Cohen

Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at GrayMatters Health

Rani Cohen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In 1995, they served as the Managing Director at Mofet Venture Capital for five years. From 2000 to 2002, they held the position of Managing Director at Aurum SBC Ventures. In 2002, Rani became the President and CEO of HyperRoll, where they remained until 2005.

In 2005, they founded Magnolia Capital and served as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO until 2008. During this time, Magnolia Capital became the leading investment bank in Israel and established partnerships with renowned companies. From 2006 to 2007, Rani also held the role of Chairman and Founder at Magnolia Capital.

From 2007 to 2011, Rani was the Executive Chairman and Founder of TuneWiki, a company that pioneered synchronized lyrics for music and was a leading social music network on mobile. Under their leadership, the company achieved impressive milestones, including 50 million downloads and 12 million active customers. TuneWiki later merged with Vert Capital in 2011.

In 2011, Rani founded Learni and served as the CEO until 2014. In 2016, they co-founded CliniCrowd, a company focused on conducting crowd trials for potential medicines. Rani also served as a Co-Founder and Director at CliniCrowd until 2019. During their time there, they launched a website registry for people trying Mannitol to fight Parkinson's, based on research conducted at Tel Aviv University.

In 2018, Rani took on multiple roles. Rani became the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at GrayMatters Health, a position they currently hold. Rani also became the Chairman at NOON Aesthetics LTD. Furthermore, in 2019, they co-founded Eternity L.T.D. as a Co-Founder.

Throughout their career, Rani Cohen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Rani Cohen's education history includes obtaining an MBA degree in International Business from Yale School of Management, which occurred between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, between 1983 and 1986, Cohen pursued a B.Sc. in Computer Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Their high school education took place at Hareali Haivri, where they focused on Mathematics and Physics from 1971 to 1975.
